Real Estate Agent Reccomendations
My wife and I are looking for a Multi-family/value add opprotunity that we can house hack and live in flip. We are hoping to find a 2-4 unit property where one of the units is a 3/2 with at least 1300-1400 square feet for us to live in. Does anyone know of any agents in the Tampa area that specialize in multifamily properties? Also one that preferably has experience with investing themselves.
