Bad Experience with ABC Capital

I am Virginia and have purchased a house at Philadelphia on July 2016 through ABC Capital.  I have faced the very bad experience with ABC!!

They provide a  package service not only purchase a house but also renovation, maintenance, guarantee rent no matter the house is rent out or not, pay the property tax.  At the beginning,  everything looks on track but the disaster is started on Nov 2017, they stop to pay the rent payment and no response even I chase.  So,  I and other owner (those faced the same situation) fight to Philadelphia to check what's happen. Oh my god, I found my house never under renovation even ABC have charged for this !!  Also, they never paid the real estate tax!!  Finally, I found they also changed the company name!!

After long negotiation, they pay back the outstanding rent but on May 2018, they STOP rent payment again until now.  Their service is really bad that I never faced before.
