This property in Chicago Illinois and noOne has been biting. It's a good property. The owner was fixing it but then passes away and left it to his family in a will. Now it seems I may be doing something wrong here because it's been off market as wholesale. But still noone who is serious in the purchase. Just cash investors who talk. Any suggestions?

Winter is usually slower in colder climates, but if you are not priced right then it will be hard to sell.  Sounds like the house is not retail ready so most likely only investors will be interested.
