Looking for meet up groups or meetings in the area . If anyone has any names or contact info it would be greatly appreciated. I’m a local electrician and looking at get a few houses this coming year . I’ve been listening to plenty of podcasts ,reading books and asking friends / people in the real estate business lots of questions w/lots of brain picking . I’m looking for like minded people I can just listen to and bounce ideas off of them . Any help is better than no help so feel free to give me advice ,thanks and happy holidays
