Having a few questions about how a deal is actually excuted
I know it may be unorthodox or uncommon,but my dad has agreed to let me flip or wholesale his home. I've ran the numbers up down and side ways. Now just putting together a nice offer so an investor can back me. I would like one of my seasoned colleagues to go back and forth with me to see if I'm on the right path.
