Hey Bigger Pockets,

One of my goals for this year is to do the classic tried and true method of buying a duplex with a FHA loan. Living in one side and renting the other. Paying down the mortgage with the rent..

I was wondering if anyone has a "cheat sheet" or a sheet that you can use to run  numbers to deicide whether the numbers on a potential purchase make sense?
