Hi, do any one knows a general contractor at north Augusta  SC.

Im looking to do at least 3 rehabs this year with someone who knows to work with investors.

Hi Guy,

I sent you a PM with some info for local guys that can do turnkey. If you let them know upfront what your plans are and that you're not a "retail" customer but an investor, they can help. 

If you're looking to manage the project and just use subcontractors, I can share info for a few of the guys that we use.
