Buy a home without inspecting......

Would you purchase a triplex home without first seeing the property? This is an out of state investment. I don't know what to do. Please let me know your thoughts.

Hi Ashton,

At a minimum, you need your agent to go look at the triplex for you take photos and answer all the questions you have.  Pictures online only tell you so much.  

Can you buy it without seeing it?  It really depends how much you trust your agent and what the cost is for the triplex.  Sometimes the deal can be so good you can't lose money.
