FHA Assumable Loan - Remove CoBorrower - Owner Occupancy Rules
I'm trying to remove a co-borrower from my FHA loan. It's been owner occupied for over the year requirement. The mortgage company (Amerihome Mortgage) said I could do an FHA Assumption. My question is whether it has to be owner occupied for another year, it's about to be a rental property.
