TRUSTWORTHY Contractors in Detroit
I currently own one multifamily unit in Detroit. I am looking to expand and purchase more property and have recently been thinking of rehabbing some properties.
However, where does everyone go to find a trustworthy contractor? When I have tried to contact people about bids they don't show or they dont seem trustworthy.
Who have you guys had good luck with using for rehabbing? Also, any fix and flip advice you would like to tack on is awesome as well!
