Finding rehab contractor in Columbus Ohio

I am trying to buy property and fix it for brrrr strategy.

Does anyone know GOOD contractor in Columbus Ohio from your experience? also if you have any good way to estimate rehab cost before putting offer, please share here!

Hi Adam,

I am looking for GC who can manage subs without so much management by me. I can stop by property to check their work on weekends but not weekdays. 

The rehabs that I am looking for are flooring, paintings, walls, and electrical (most of inside of house).

I know there won’t be 100% good GC but I was not sure any recomended GC that you know of.
