Can't move fast enough
Hello everyone,
I work pretty much 9-5, and it's my first time into REI. I have capital, pre-approved funds and a fairly good real estate agent. It's disheartening and disappointing that every deal I have found and wanted to see, literally gets taken in before i see it or have a chance to put in offer. Is this common of someone in my situation? How can I move so fast in this market yet maintain a 9-5 job? Any tips?
