How much does Assist to Sell Charge?

I'm planning on purchasing a property as an immediate flip in about a week and I'm trying to get my numbers in order.

The house is about an hour away from where I live, so I figured Assist to Sell would be a good bet to list it with. Does anyone know what the price ranges are for their services?

I'm mainly looking for MLS placement and house showings.
