Nobody wants frame houses!!!??

Excuse my ignorance but is it true that most investors frown/turn down Frame houses? I have had a couple properties under contract and i can not count how many No's i have gotten because they are frame. I am based in Chicago, can someone please give me advice moving forward? Should i start to focus less on these kinds of properties?
