Best areas in CT for rental investment

Hello,

I live in Milford CT. I am wondering what are best areas in CT for rental property investments. I am looking for properties 100-125K. I see a lot of suggestions for Bridgeport but at the same time seen  a post about more risky tenants.

Thanks

  Vinny

@Vinny Joseph - Bridgeport is ok if you stick to the North End, Forest Glen and Black Rock Neighborhoods. Stratford is also ok. There are usually some duplexes down by Honey Spot Rd and Lordship Blvd. You got to be careful with the flood zones there.
