Refinance after cash buy
Looking to do a BRRRR. If you buy a property with cash, do some renovations and then want to pull out the equity, is there a period of time I need to wait before refinancing to get the equity? I spoke to a lender who said you have to wait 6 months to pull out more than the original purchase price.
