What would you offer.
I recently walked into what could be a deal for me. A motivated seller has a house that needs to be gutted and rehabbed or wholesaled. The property is in really bad shape I think it needs a roof and floors. it also has wood paneling throughout the entire house. I think to get the house into good condition it would take somewhere between 40K-50K. Would you agree on that guestimate and what would you offer?
