possible deal in Minneapolis

Posted
I was just scrolling through Realtor and looking at some deals they had listed. not a lot, but I did find a duplex built in 2004. listing price is $288k, $3,850 for annual tax and rents are $1,600 and $1,900. on my financial calculator it looks like that's a pretty good deal. it's not my deal but I thought I would share with the community and maybe someone will end up liking it. it looks gorgeous. it's 2,908 square feet and it lists a 7 bed 7 bath. may be worth checking out for someone.

If you're serious, you really need a realtor especially if you are starting out.  There are a lot of great info on bigger pockets and there are numerous meet up with other investors available in the twin cities.  Read up on some of the books/podcasts people recommend so you are prepared once a deal becomes available.
