I'd love to hear from anyone who does long distance investing

I am an American/former Californian living cheaply in Thailand.   Looking to buy a small condo  in Miami/South Florida and rent it out...I've never owned property, visited but never lived in Florida, never been a landlord.. I will  or have built a team in FLA--CPA, loan specialist, realtor, have family in the area--will also seek a good property manager and handyman.  I will file and pay for property taxes online; ditto for filing State of Florida income tax.

Anyone out there do long distance rentals/be a landlord from overseas ? Thanks !

Yes, I've done it several times using a property manager.  I recommend you read this book as a starting point;
