is Somerton, Philadelphia a good place to have a house?

My wife and I have a primary house in the Somerton section of Philadelphia PA (far northeast, almost in Bucks County).  In the two and a half years that we have had this house, it has appreciated much more than we thought it would.  We are honestly pretty surprised- while its a nice neighborhood, its not quite in Bucks County, and pretty far from Center city. Just curious to see if anyone else had  projections on this area-  will it keep going up?  Stay about the same? Go down?
