Selling a House -- Lot's of People Asking for Owner Financing

I'm selling my primary residence that has been newly remodeled in Amarillo. Early indications are that there will be a lot of inquiries about owner financing and lease to own. I'm not in a position where it would make sense for me to carry the note. Does anyone have any ideas on how I might be able to help these people get into the house without having to carry the note myself?

I'm having a hard time telling whether they don't think they can qualify for a traditional mortgage, or if they're just intimidated by the process of getting a mortgage. I suspect there are some people in both camps.

I appreciate any creative ideas you may have. Here is the link to the house, in case that helps. Thanks!
