Buying a Church in Baltimore City

I recently went under contract on a property that was most recently used as a school/church in Baltimore and is zoned as such. Because of the designation and use there are no property taxes on the property. One idea I have is to continue to use the space as a rental for a church or a few different churches who need rental space.

Does anyone know how that would affect the potential property taxes on the property? Does anyone have any experience owning and leasing church space?

@Sebastian E.;
There are apartments on the corner of South Sharp Street & West Henrietta that was a church & is now apartments.  Not sure of the exact address, according to Google maps is 841 S Sharp St & 126 W Henrietta St.   Perhaps if you can find any contact information for that property, they would know from experience.
