Learning my Market by viewing houses
I was listening to one of the podcast where somebody stated that the way to learn your Market is by viewing properties and you should view a large number of properties and learn your market before you buy your first deal. This is something I would love to do but how do you view let’s say 50-100 units without wasting your realtors time?
