Looking for first BRRRR in Pittsburgh

I'm currently a 23 y/o working professional looking for my first property in the Pittsburgh area. At this point, I'm looking to use the BRRR strategy. Ideally I would like to find a multi family property but am more interested in the numbers making sense. Anyone have any insight into how to start building a good team to prepare for a first purchase? Or any insight into the Pittsburgh area/best ways to find properties?
