Is this a reasonable escrow fee?

10 years ago we did a refinance with a $600 escrow fee. This last purchase we paid a $1200 escrow fee on a 326k purchase. They explained that with buyer and seller involved the fee is twice as much. Sounds reasonable to me, what do you guys think?
