60 houses in one year ( As a Beginner)
A year and 5 months precisely I made the desition to do full time wholesaling, ( before I used to work as an interior kitchen and bath designer) and after reading Rich dad poor dad my mind was never the same. The first 5 months I spent training got my Real Estate License and I was able to sell 20 houses and then the following year I was able to meet amazing investors, Mentors, now friends that I consistently work with. But most important, closed successfully on 60 Real Estate properties, making my buyers (money) happy and me tripling my income in one year.
With the Help Of Bigger Pocket Podcast, I have been able to communicate effectively Real Estate Strategies to my investor on their investment when they can not make sense of the deal when they see it for the first time. With BP I also Have been able to motivate myself, get inspire and motivate others to also expand their horizon and look at the limitless investment possibilities that can happen in RE Investment by hearing Bigger Pockets PodCast.
It hasn't always been a Rainbow with potlucks, but It has been worth it every day. This year my intention is to sell 100 investment properties I already have sold 18 this quarter and also Either Rent my own house and buy a better house for me and my family or just get a cheap first rental income producing property for myself.
I wanted to just give a special thanks to @David Greene and @Brandon Turner for their commitment and effort on always deliver with excellence the podcast.
