ListSource no results?..

So i'm attempting to use ListSource to find wholesaling deals and when i filter by either the Equity % option OR the Last Market Sale Date option, it shows zero results. Out of 270,000 properties apparently it doesn't have any record of these two options. Does anyone have experience with this? What should i do?
