Down Payment Thru Current Equity in a LLC?
My business partner and i have 3 SFH that are worth 75,70 and 55 respectfully. There are no mortgages on any of those homes. We have the opportunity to purchase another property at a huge discount, but the contract is still 180k. We have about 25k in the bank. We are trying to find the best way to finance this deal with the least amount out of pocket. Any suggestions?
