Financing an RCFE for both the business and property
I am an agent and I have a client looking to purchase an existing RCFE. The issue is how do we finance it and write the offer since there is a real estate component and business for sale? I have read SBA 7a loans many no longer cover it and would it be an RPA and a BPA contract? I will speak with my brokerage but I would like any feedback from actual agents/investors who have purchased as RCFE. Thanks in advance! Mike
