What to choose? (15year note) or (30year note)

obviously my Cashflow is going to be much better on a 30-year note .

And it's not like I'm actually going to hold for 30 years... 

One of my mentors just told me I was crazy or even thinking about 30 year note . 

$50,000 property barely cash flows as it is  . Putting it on a 15-year note would only make it pay for itself no negative Cashflow but no positive either 

What are your thoughts guys
