Buy or Renting A Single House or Duplex
Can anyone as an expert please tell me if I should buy or just keep renting? I want to live in or around Tampa such as Sarasota or Venice. If not there then anywhere that has goood schools for my kids. My son plays baseball and I want him to get into a highly competitive high school ball. I am retired at 45 and it is hard to find everything I want for me, wife and kids. I am not looking to buy for more than $200000. Any advice is good. Thanks
