Selling or keep as a rental
I need advice on what to do with this SFH property. I have owned it since 2012. Bought for $360,000 I am currently renting it for $2595.00 a month. Positive cash flow is at $650 after all expenses. I have only $240k left on the mortgage and the house is currently worth 500k.
I have 7 months left on the lease with my tenant and was thinking about selling and using all that equity and start to look for multi-unit properties to focus on monthly cash flow. Any advice would be amazing. thanks!
