Hi Everyone,

I am currently meeting with contractors in North Jersey and am looking to close on my first deal in the next 2 months. Can anyone recommend a good hard money lender in the North Jersey/Bergen County area?

sure thing its good for all that want to borrow HM or private money to look at a company like Ian's this is a real company...

the frauds out there run on the fringes  you get what you pay for.
