Newbie in NJ with a VA loan... all advice is accepted😊

I'm new to the podcast. I'm interested in rental properties. My boyfriend is a vet and I feel like his VA loan is our first ticket into real estate investing and will provide some leverage. We are located in Jersey City, NJ. Any advice from people in the NY/NJ area with advice?
