Under Contract in Maui Again!
15 months ago we had one long term rental and our personal residence here on Maui. With the knowledge I've received here in the forums, meetups, and talking with countless other investors we are under contract on our 4th and 5th vacation rental units in Kihei! Super excited. We should close mid July, spend about 3 months rehabbing and be off to the races come high season. I'll try to keep updates on our website at www.MauiAway.com STOKED!
