Baltimore/DC RE Markets - Looking to Invest

Hey how’s it going BP!

I’ve just relocated to Hanover MD. I’m looking to learn the market around the Baltimore area. I’d love to link link up with a local investor/agent and talk shop so to speak. See what value I can bring to them and see where I can pickup where I left off prior to moving from the South Jersey area.

Previously - I had completed 3 flips and started flipping to generate additional equity. I'm looking to BRRRR - but I'm not against turn key for the right price. Also up for looking into duplex's etc. I'd love to get some suggestions for lenders, property managers, etc in the area.
