Hello Guys, I am a first timer in buying real estate I want to be financially free. I’m looking to invest in a multi family triplex or more units. Looking in the miami dade ,FL and broward county, FL area. Any off market deals I can look into. Also I’m looking to actually living in one off the units. Any suggestions?
