Rent or Keep Trying To Sell
We bought a house in Waynesboro, PA. Location is right on Main Street. Listed in March 2019. Been 3 months. Do we keep trying to sell or switch and try to rent it out? It is a 4 bed 3 ba (1 is master suite). 2 car parking pad and a 2 car garage. 1/2 acre. Have $155k invested so far. Asking price started at $219k. It is now down to $189k. Do I rent whole house to 1 person or try renting out each room and possibly garage separately? or Keep trying to sell?
