Trust(s) to sell specific property

Question. If someone is the head of a Trust and selling property - specific to said property only - is this a red flag?

I am aware of the issue as it pertains to (some) LLC's, buying and selling specific properties, then dissolving (to skirt initial level liability). Is the same "risk" apparent with land trusts????

Anyone that can shed light in all directions is welcome.

Thanks
