Hello. I am looking to get started in real estate (Again) and I was wondering if there is anyone that would finance a newbie investor to learn the ropes and make a nice return for each party?

@Dominick Dahmen that person is going to be hard to find here.  You are looking for someone to mentor you who has experience and money, if they have both of those they don't have a lot of incentive to share profits.

The part of the equation you may be able to fill is if you can find a deal.  I would keep analyzing deals and I would attend some of the meetup events to network with other investors.
