Hello BP World,

Anyone have recommendations on lenders that will refinance rental properties with a short seasoning period in the Kansas City area? Any referrals are appreciated.

I've heard Community America Credit Union and Equity bank both will do this but you have to have a relationship with them of some sort. Not a bad idea to start one and then can start refinancing as soon as they give you the all clear!
