I've been successfully House Hacking for 4 years

I am looking to grow my network

I am in the Austin market

My current investment cash flows 680/mo

My current cash on cash ROI is 26% with my current property (not including property value appreciation)

I would be interested in connecting with individuals both in Austin or Nationwide that are also doing the same thing

I am looking to make additional investments in property and have cash as well as liquid assets to make this happen
