Well it that time again! After about 7 months off, we are ready to buy are next property. Finally got over a financial hurdle. They say if you tell ppl your goals you are more likely to reach them.

Sooo....

Our goal this yr is to obtain 3 more doors(at least),and our first target is to get a house under contract in july!
