Developer Delaying Closing
The developer said when we signed contract we can close in less than 45 days now they are saying we can’t but won’t give us a firm closing date. The Certificate of Occupancy has been issued what are some other reasons they would want to delay? Unit is complete so they don’t need to do any construction on it. Thx
