Double closing in south Texas, primarily the Corpus Christi area

Does anyone know of any title companies that do double closings in south Texas, I’ve called the ones I can find the correct numbers for on the web and they’re either confused or never heard of it. I have some properties in mind that I truly believe I can wholesale, just trying to put the backend together before moving forward too fast. Also, wholesaling contract forms, the lawyers I called either didn’t know or weren’t in the office. I assume it’s a rather short form I just don’t want a lawsuit on my hands where there could’ve been a paycheck! Any feed back is appreciated.
