How to analyzing multi family apartment deal. I am looking for 5 to 30 unit small apartment. Where i can find good excel to enter the numbers to see net operating income, cash on cash return and all those cool numbers. How to find which are good thumb rules to consider while playing with those numbers. Any good free training or cheap training program or youtube video to download these excel spreadsheets to punch in and which cell to punch in and which cell populated to decide the quality, profitability of deal. Please advise
