Be careful what you post on this message board. There is a reporter around here taking screenshots. These screenshots can end up in the wrong hands. This could lead to lawsuits because you know everyone tries to sue everyone over anything these days. Admins please delete this person ASAP!

It's common knowledge that everything posted on a forum is public record and available for all to see, not just other investors or members of bigger pockets. Just because that reporter or some of his readers don't agree with the viewpoints of the landlords who posted things that he wrote about doesn't mean the landlords who posted them are wrong. If landlords are thinking about posting something that they feel would be held against them in the court of law then that's a big Que that you need to change your business practices. I welcome that reporter to post anything I have said on this website. If I didn't stand behind it I wouldn't have done it or posted it.
