Do you think San Antonio is flooded with wholesalers? Is everyone daisy-chaining other wholesalers deals? Feels like it's getting crazy here in San Antonio

Anyone who is finding good deals and passing on good deals should not have to worry about how many wholesalers there are in the city. It is the people who find a good deal and feel that they have to make 25k on each deal who will find it hard to compete with so many others.

NOBODY needs 100 cash buyers.

You need several people who buy good deals. If you have to put a deal out to 100 people, you are just trying to squeeze too many people too hard. They tend NOT to come back when you overcharge. Everybody needs to win, not just you.

There is too much greed right now. Dont worry it will cool off VERY soon.
