"High Water table in area" on Mold Forming Condition Report

Lori Arzt
Posted

Looking into a 3 building property, all the houses are on a cemented foundation with a  crawl space.  "High water Table" is stated on  Mold Disclosure report under "Mold forming conditions" to disclose.  What questions should I be asking? There is a "Sump Pumps in each unit". The two rear units had de humidifiers running. The only mold visible in Front unit was a small patch on bathroom ceiling and in the 3rd unit, around the shower cocking. All of which seem minimal.

I'm concerned with mold potential under the homes. How to fix and or prevent issues. Thanks for any advice.

(all units are rented and clean otherwise)(This will be our first investment)
