Tax Delinquent in Jefferson County (Louisville) KY.

Working my way through the Wholesaling Inc. modules and trying to locate the tax delinquent list for Jefferson County, KY (Louisville). Does anyone have any experience in pulling this data?

I have spoke to the county clerks office numerous times and am starting to think i might be irritating them a bit :) I have been directed to the FTP site but the folders listed are confusing to say the least.

If anyone has any info or guidance I would greatly appreciate.
